Apparently the EPA led by Lisa Jackson suppressed an important report in giving its recommendation that the government needed to regulate carbon emissions.  Alan Carlin, a 38 year veteran of the EPA with degrees from Cal Tech and MIT was the author of the 98 page report critical of global warming and the EPA’s use [...]
