Since Congress has willfully chosen not to fulfill its duties in passing a budget, I was interested in what they could possibly be doing. I was going to post this earlier, but I thought the vote to repeal “don’t ask, don’t tell” trumped even these horrible examples of legislative work…so here they are.

I mentioned the YouCut site a few days ago. Week one’s winner was put to a vote last night and it failed 177-240 with all Republicans and 9 Democrats voting for the spending cut. For your amusement, here are the Texas Democrats that voted against the spending cut.
