The number of ACORN personnel under investigation or indictment is astounding. During this last election alone there were accusations in I believe at least 14 states. The Obama administration has once again done something that defies logic during a recession. They have raised minimum wage to $7.25; an increase of 4.5% since last year and 24% increase from 2007 levels. This at a time when most companies have lowered wages or at least implemented salary freezes in order to save jobs. [...]
