Another one that needs to go

“Could you say senator instead of ‘ma’am? It’s just a thing. I worked so hard to get that title. I’d appreciate it.”

I have nothing ground breaking today. Just Senator Barbara Boxer’s comment to a Brigadier General last week during a hearing. I cannot really capture her tone, but I think you can figure it out with just the quote alone. She apparently has forgotten that she is supposed to be a public servant. Instead she appears to be on an enormous power trip with an even larger ego. Just another perfect example of the type of people we do not need representing us in Congress.
