Yesterday was marked by some more embarrassment for the Obama administration. First, the CEO of Caterpillar had to come out to clarify remarks made by the President. Obama said that this particular CEO said he could begin rehiring some 22,000 workers he just laid off if the stimulus is passed. Well, evidently, this particular CEO said no such thing. Fear, now stretching the truth a bit.
Then Sen Gregg (R),Obama’s choice to replace Bill Richardson as Commerce Secretary withdrew his name. He released the following statement
“it has become apparent during this process that this will not work for me as I have found that on issues such as the stimulus package and the Census there are irresolvable conflicts for me. Prior to accepting this post, we had discussed these and other potential differences, but unfortunately we did not adequately focus on these concerns. We are functioning from a different set of views on many critical items of policy.”
The key in that statement I think was the Census. The oversight for the census is given to the department of commerce. Once Gregg was announced as Obama’s pick for this position, Obama released a statement saying that the 2010 census would now be under the control of the White House…in other words, Rahm Emanuel. Imagine if the Bush administration had turned the oversight of the census to Karl Rove. Think of the outrage.
You may think so what, it is just a census. But the census is actually a very powerful political tool. Based upon the census, re-districting is done. This affects not only political elections, but also federal funding and even the Electoral College system used to elect the President. When politicians get a hold of it, it automatically becomes a party power-grab issue, and not an issue of how the data can be used fairly for Americans.
Obama’s team is now being more cautious with their statements on the census and backing off the importance of the White House’s oversight. Once again they have tried to sneak something by the American public and once again we have caught it.

Sen. Gregg withdrew because (1) Obama’s chutzpah crossed the line and (2) Obama CANNOT put away his “birth certificate” issue.
1. Here’s the chutzpah: The Republicans didn’t get their act together enough to challenge Obama for not being constitutionally qualified to be President as an Article 2 “natural born citizen” so Obama’s White House steals the census from the Commerce Department against the specific instructions of the constitution itself — “actual enumeration” under Article 1.
2. Here’s the “birth certificate” issue: Since Obama’s earnest drive to convince the nation to weaken its economic strength through redistribution as well as weaken its national defense, COUPLED WITH HIS UNPRECEDENTED WHITE HOUSE TAKEOVER OF DECENNIAL CENSUS TAKING FROM THE COMMERCE DEPARTMENT, has confirmed the very threats to our Republic’s survival that the Constitution was designed to avert, it no longer is sustainable for the United States Supreme Court to refrain from exercising WHAT IS ITS ABSOLUTE CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO DEFEND THE NATION FROM UNLAWFUL USURPATION. The questions of Obama’s Kenyan birth and his father’s Kenyan/British citizenship (admitted on his own website) have been conflated by his sustained unwillingnes to supply his long form birth certificate now under seal, and compounded by his internet posting of a discredited ‘after-the-fact’ short form ‘certificate’. In the absence of these issues being acknowledged and addressed, IT IS MANIFEST THAT OBAMA REMAINS INELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT UNDER ARTICLE 2 OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. Being a 14th Amendment ‘citizen’ is not sufficient. A ‘President’ MUST BE an Article 2 ‘natural born citizen’ AS DEFINED BY THE FRAMERS’ INTENT.
Yikes!
